Center Traffic and Usage Patterns Analysis

What is it?
AccuTrack uses the latest computer technology to generate powerful charts and tables that identify the traffic patterns at your center. These charts will help you identify peak hours, most popular services, repeat visits, and other useful info. This information will help you in planning services, hours, and schedules. The charts also look great in your reports and on your center's web site.

How it works
AccuTrack analyzes the attendance data and sends it to Microsoft Excel. It will then instruct Excel to build several charts and tables. The interactive charts include number of visits per week of the year, number of visits per day of the week, and number of visits per hour of the day. You will also get charts of the number of visits per service or class, and the number of return visits per student. You can select different chart types (e.g. pie, bar, etc.), and you can filter the data as you please. If you like numbers, you can also get the same information tabulated in convenient Excel tables.
