Tracking Staff Hours

What is it?

AccuTrack includes a special module for accurately tracking and reporting on your staff work hours. This is specially useful if you pay your staff by the hour or if you need to have an accurate record of their work hours.

How it works

All you need is to enter your staff names and ID numbers via the Staff Screen. When your staff members sign in, AccuTrack will recognize their ID and will save their sign-in data separately. Using this data, AccuTrack can report on your staff work hours.

Reports

AccuTrack includes a special report that shows your staff work hours. You can even export this info to other applications such as Microsoft Excel. So if you have your payroll rules saved in an Excel spreadsheet, all you need is to copy over the staff work hours and their pay is calculated instantly!
