Keeping a Session Log
What is it?
This feature allows your staff members (tutors, advisors, etc.) to keep a meeting
agenda or a record of what took place during a meeting with a student. This can by handy in many situations. For
example, the log can be used to track student’s
progress or to report it to the instructor. Also,
if a new staff member is assigned to the student,
this staff member can use the log to figure out how
to continue with the previous work. The comments can be
viewed on the screen or they can be printed in a special
report.

How it works?
AccuTrack allows your staff members to log in to a special
area to enter comments on the sign-in sessions. You
or other authorized users can view the comments or
print them out.

Reports:
Session Log Report: You can generate a report with
the information entered in the Session Log screen.
The report can be filtered to a single student, a
single tutor, or a single class.
