Monthly Appointment Viewer

The Monthly viewer shows the scheduling status of each staff member. Each block represents a day of the month. A gray block means the staff member is not scheduled to work on that day. A light green block means the staff member is scheduled but does not have any appointments yet. A dark green block means he or she has one or more appointments, and still has room for more. A red block means the staff member is booked solid that day.

Clicking on one of the green day blocks will bring up the Daily Viewer. The Daily Viewer shows the individual appointments on that day for the selected tutor, and also shows the available time slots.

To make the viewing process even easier, you can instruct the Monthly Viewer to show only staff members that provide a certain service by using the "View a single class" drop down box.
