Program Assessment Reports

This report is generated via Microsoft Excel and has four sheets. The report analyzes the start grade and end grade of each participant. These grades could be assessment test grades given before participation and after, or they could be what the student expected to get before participating and their final course grade. AccuTrack compares these grades and shows you the change in grade combined with another factor such as the number of visits to your center (i.e. tutoring sessions), the time spent at your center, and the average time spent at your center. The report also shows the number of students whose grade changed from C to A, C to B, etc.
