Profile Query

AccuTrack allows you to define up to 10 profile questions. During the students first visit, AccuTrack will display the profile questions and will ask the students to select the answers. The software includes a special report that shows data collected from this screen. In addition, you can even query the profile data via the screen shown above. For example, you can get a list of students who are non-degree seeking and under 25. You are free to create queries to pull whatever information you need. The results of the query can be displayed on the screen, printed out in a report, or exported to other applications.
