Profile Report

The Student Profile reports shows the counts and percentages of number of sign-ins, number of visits, and total time for each profile answer. For example, if your profile question is on Gender, this report will tell you the number of visitors who were males and the number of visitors who were females, the number of visits from males and the number of visits of females, and the total time at your facility by males and the total time by females. In addition, it will show you percentage of males to females in term of the above numbers.

Since you are free to define whatever profiles questions and answers, the data here will show your selected profile or demographics data.

You can filter the profile report to any reporting period you like. You can also run the report to only show people who visited your center or show all students in the database whether they visited or not.
