Daily Appointment Viewer

The Daily Viewer shows the schedule of the selected staff member using color bars as follows:

Staff member is available during this time period, and no appointments have been made during this time.

A group appointment is scheduled. The time slot is still open for other students.

A group is scheduled. However, the maximum number of students per staff member has been reached, and the slot is not available for new appointments.

An exclusive appointment is set. No other appointments can be made in this time slot.

The Daily Viewer box also shows the details of each appointments set during the viewed day. Each appointment is shown in a separate appointment box that lists the names of students setup for the appointment. The box also shows the activity (in this case course) name, the start time, and end time. You will also see a bar at the top of the appointment box showing the appointment’s start and end times.
