This report is grouped by the student (visitor). For each student, the report lists the services used (e.g. tutored courses, advising services, etc). For each service, the report lists the visits (sign-in date and time, sign-out date and time, and sign-in period). The report also shows the total time per service.

AccuTrack also offers a Summary Student Attendance report that shows a count of the number of visits and total time spent instead of showing the individual sign-in sessions.

You can filter this report by a certain student or service. You also control which reporting period it represents (e.g. last week, last month, the entire semester, etc.)
