Activity (Service) Selection Screen

After entering their ID number in the sign-in screen, students will see the above screen. The screen shows the services your center offers. You set up the items that appear here to reflect your services.

Note that if you like, you can totally by-pass this screen if you do not need to collect visit information. You can also only show some of the boxes above (e.g. show service box but not the instructor's box). It all depends on your own data collection needs.

To complete the sign-in, students simply select from the boxes and click on "Continue". AccuTrack will record the student's ID number, sign-in date and time, and other selected data. This data is used when displaying in the attendance and service usage reports.
