Reports

AccuTrack provides you with over a hundred reports on students' attendance, appointments, traffic patterns, media checkouts, session log, feedback on services, and so much more. To make it easier for you to work with these reports, we grouped them into different nodes. To see the reports under a certain node, simply click on it to expand it.

AccuTrack offers its users many powerful and unique features to enable them to make the most of their data, including:

• You can bookmark your favorite reports for easier access.
• You can 'memorize' or save the common filters and options you use with your reports.
• You can customize any of the existing reports via the AccuTrack Report Writer!
• You can query the data and create new reports to your liking!
• You can filter the data of any report to pre-set time period (e.g. this week, this month, this semester, last week, etc.) or to any time period you like.
• You can filter the report to a certain student, a certain course, certain tutor or staff member, or certain instructor. Not only that, but you can also filter the reports to a group of the above. You can even combine filters (e.g. to view the visits of a certain student to a certain service or course).
• You can filter the report to a certian group of students (e.g. view the appointments of at-risk students).
• You can filter the reports on the demographics you are tracking for your students. For example, you can view the visits of students from a certain major or department.
• You can save any report to view later.
• You can email the report out directly from AccuTrack. The report is emailed as an Adobe PDF file, which means it can be viewed by the recepients who do not even have AccuTrack installed.
• You can export the data of any report out to MS Excel and other applications! The possibilities are endless.
• You can schedule reports and AccuTrack will automatically generate them and either save them or even email them out automatically. For example, you can use this feature to automatically generate and send a weekly report to the coach of the athletic team.
• In addition to the reports, AccuTrack can generate some powerful charts and tables. These charts and tables will reveal some important information like your most popular services, your busiest time of the day, day of the week, return time distribution, and much more.
