Program Assessment

AccuTrack makes it easy for you to to assess the effectiveness of your academic program by generating special program assessment reports. These reports were requests by an academic center that generated them at the end of each semester. Before they used AccuTrack, the staff of that center spent an entire week generating the assmessment reports manually. With AccuTrack they are now able to generate the same report in seconds!

The assessment reports analyzes your students' grades and compares the performance of participants vs. the non participants. Participants is defined by default as those students who visited your center 3 times or more during the semester. You can change the default to whatever number you like.

Another powerful feature of AccuTrack is that you can generate program assessment reports based on your visitor demographics! For example, you can generate a report that compares the performance of male students compared to female students enrolled in a particular math course. See the screenshots below for examples.
