The AccuTrack Platinum Plus Subscription includes these advantages:

1. Free major version upgrades (e.g. upgrade from AccuTrack 8 to 9).
2. Free maintenance updates (e.g. update from AccuTrack 9.00 to 9.01) - via web download.
3. Special upgrades that are only available to Platinum Plus subscribers - via web download.
4. Ability to request new features and enhancements. All requests will be evaluated and if accepted the features will be included in a future Platinum Plus upgrade release.
5. Ability to get upgrades quickly instead of having to wait for a major version release.
6. Access to a special area on the AccuTrack online support forum that is only available to Platinum Plus Subscribers. Use this area to request new features and enhancements and to discuss the upgrades with the AccuTrack development team and other Platinum Plus subscribers.
7. Unlimited Priority Support via toll-free phone, email, and the Platinum Plus subscribers area on the support forum.
8. Free Orlando training class registration for a second person from the same college when a first person registers for the training class ($540 value).

IMPORTANT: The AccuTrack Platinum Subscription plan can only be ordered either at the same time or within 30 days from ordering AccuTrack 9 software license. The subscription fee is per year and starts on the day the software is delivered to your institution. . Users can renew the subscription within 30 days from its expiration date.
