August 8th Training Session

Our first ever Orlando training session for AccuTrack took place on August 8, 2003. The training was held in the Computer Lab of the University of Central Florida - downtown location. We had 10 attendees from places as far as Richmond, Kentucky and as close as Pensacola, Florida! Each attendee received a training manual that has the training outline and a lot of space for jotting down notes. After having attendees introduce themselves, we started the morning session at about 9 AM. During this session attendees installed their own version of AccuTrack, learned about other installation options, discussed setting up the software, and went through other AccuTrack procedures.

Around noon, our catering company delivered lunch next room. During lunch attendees got to know their colleagues and fellow AccuTrack users. The AccuTrack staff, including Mon Nasser (AccuTrack Manager), Jayme Stenger (AccuTrack Sales), and Dr. Mahdi Nasser (AccuTrack Training) was available to answer questions regarding AccuTrack, Orlando attractions, and whatever the attendees wanted to discuss.

The afternoon session showcased more advanced subjects such as setting up the appointments options, the Import Wizard, Profile Query, Exporting data to Excel, and more. At the end of the session, we also discussed available AccuTrack resources such as the on-line support forum and AccuTrack support site. Training ended around 4 PM. However, we took an additional 20 minutes to discuss some learning center resources including the Learning Center Newsletter and to showcase some other attendance products offered by our company. Attendees also took some time to fill out the training evaluation form.
