Get AccuTrack training from the convenience of your desk. All you need is a computer with web connection and a phone. Get trained, ask your questions, and get your answers from AccuTrack expert. Since the training is done online, you save the travel expense and time.

There are 6 training sessions to choose from. You can order a training session at a time you specify. Sessions run from 2 to 3 hours long. The following page details the available sessions and tells you how to sign up.

What you need

To join the training session, all you need is a computer with a web connection and a phone that can dial an out of state number. You will be able to see the trainer's screen on your computer, and you will also be able to ask questions over the phone.

Schedule

The online training sessions are offered on-demand at any mutually convenient time. Please contact us to schedule the session.

Fees

The following fees are per person. Each person gets to join the training session using his or her own computer and phone line. We can accommodate up to 10 people per session.

Note to Platinum Plus subscribers: Each center with a Platinum Plus subscription can get any one of the above sessions for free: One free session per center per year. Make sure to identify yourself as a Platinum Plus subscriber when you register. Free registration is subject to availability.

Registration

To help us with our planning, please register at least one week prior to the session's date. Each session has a maximum capacity of 10 people. If you are not able to give a week's notice, give us a call anyway to see if we still have space.

Note: We must have your Purchase Order or payment (credit card / check) prior to the online training session.

Cancellation Policy

If your plans change and you cannot attend the online training session, let us know at least one week prior to the training session. If you let us know one week prior to the session, you can either have someone else attend the online session on your behalf, or you can reschedule to the next month's session (subject to next session's capacity).

If we cancel the online session for any reason, you have the option of receiving a 100% credit / refund on the registration fee or registering for another session.
