Using the Support Forum

1) Start by registering with the forum. Without registration, you will not be able to post to the forum, and most posts would be hidden from your view.

2) Select the appropriate area or "board" for your posting by clicking on it. For example, if you have a support question on AccuTrack version 8, click on "AccuTrack 8", and so on.

3) When you click on a board, you will see a list of postings. You can read a posting by simply clicking on it.

4) To add a new posting, click on the "New Topic" link on the upper right side of the screen:

5) When you post a new topic, simply enter a title for this topic in the "Topic Title" box, and type you question in the large white box. Click on "Post New Topic" to post your topic to the forum.

TIP: If you would like to be notified by email when someone responds to your posting, make sure that the "Enable email notification of replies?" is CHECKED before you click on "Post New Topic"
