AccuTrack On-site Training

AccuTrack on-site training is offered to those users who prefer personalized assistance for setting up and learning AccuTrack. On-site training is your best option if:

  • You have a large group (3 or more) of users who want to learn using AccuTrack.
  • You want to learn and set up the software in the shortest time possible.
  • You prefer to learn from a live workshop instead of using manuals.
  • You prefer personalized assistance from an AccuTrack expert.

On-site training offers many advantages over the other methods of learning AccuTrack:

  1. You and your staff will get answers to your questions from an AccuTrack expert. The trainer will lead you through the ins and outs of the software and will answer any questions you have regarding your implementation of the software.
  2. On-site training is your most convenient training option because the trainer will come to your site. You do not have to make travel arrangements for your staff, handle expense reports, etc.
  3. For groups of 3 or larger, on-site training is your most economical face-to-face training option when compared to sending a group of people to a training class.
  4. Since the on-site session is set up specially for you, the session will focus on the areas of AccuTrack that are most relevant to your center.
  5. You will be able to get advice from the trainer regarding your specific needs.
  6. You can influence the future features of the software by suggesting improvement ideas to the trainer.

Training Type

There are three training types available for on-site training. You may choose any ONE of these:

1. Getting Started with AccuTrack:

This is full-day basic training session intended for new users or beginners. The training will focus on basic operations of the software like the attendance tracking module. Other modules are covered depending on the needs of the attendees. This training will have slower pace with a focus on getting the users to understand the basic operations of AccuTrack so they can start using it.

2. Making the Most of your AccuTrack Software:

This full-day training session is intended for experienced users of AccuTrack. The training will include advanced topics like database operations, interface tips, customizing reports, running queries and more. Topics covered during this session will be selected by the attendees.

3. AccuTrack Implementation:

This full-day training session will focus on implementing AccuTrack at your center or college. The trainer will answer questions on using and configuring the software to answer particular needs at the center. This session may include brainstorming sessions for coming up with the best implementation for your center. This session may also include hands on work where the trainer and your staff would install and setup your AccuTrack software.

Duration

The training session usually starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 4:00 PM. The training is usually offered over a single-day period. However, this is your training session and you are free to set up a different training schedule. If you prefer to have the training over more than one day, an additional fee applies as described below.

Training Agenda

Not only you get to decide on the on-site training type (see above), but you also get to decide on the training topics to suite your particular needs. For example, your center might only accept walk-in visits. In this case the training will focus on the visits tracking module and will skip the appointment scheduling module.

You may let us know in advance on the topics you would like to be covered, or you might select the topics of interest during the training session. Possible topics include:

  • Student visits tracking
  • Staff sign-ins
  • Appointments scheduling
  • Surveys and feedback collection
  • Media checkouts
  • Traffic Analysis
  • Session notes
  • Special groups tracking (e.g. at-risk students, student athletes, ESL students, etc.)
  • Student demographics
  • Program assessment
  • Messaging and who's in
  • Seminars / workshops
  • Student waiting list.
  • Student contact tracking
  • Service requests and assignments
  • AccuTrack installation
  • AccuTrack database operations.
  • AccuTrack options.

Fees

The fee for on-site training is $2,500, which includes all travel expenses. We will make travel arrangements and pay all expenses, so you would not have to worry about making travel reservations, paying travel expenses, or dealing with receipts and expense reports.

The above fee covers one day of training. Please let us know the type of training you would like to have during this day (see above for the available training types). If you need additional training days, the fee is $1,500 per extra training day.

The fee above assumes that the trainer is able to travel back to Orlando after the training session. For remote sites, this might not be possible, and the trainer will need to spend the next day traveling instead. In this case, an additional fee of $700 is required to cover the extra travel time and expenses. Contact us to find out if your site is considered remote.

Note that we need a minimum of two-week notice to arrange your on-site training. Shorter notices will require an additional fee to cover the higher travel expenses associated with making travel reservations on short notice. Also note that our company's policy requires that we receive either a Purchase Order or pre-payment before we schedule your on-line training session and make the travel arrangements. To avoid additional charges, you need to send your PO or pre-pay at least two weeks in advance of your training date.

How to Order

First contact us to arrange for a mutually convenient training date. You will then need to send us a Purchase Order for the training session or prepay the training fee with a check or a major credit card. If you use a PO, we will bill you after the training session, and you will have 30 days from the invoice date to pay the invoice.
