How to Order AccuTrack

Ordering AccuTrack is easy - all we need is your purchase order! To expedite the order, you can fax us a copy of your PO. You can find our fax number here. If you prefer, you can also pay with a credit card as explained below.

Logo Customization

Your AccuTrack order will be customized with your college name and logo. We will get the logo from the college website. If you prefer a different logo, email us a copy. The size should be 133*133 pixels, and the bitmap format is preferred.

Ordering the ID Reader

We offer several types of ID readers to match your needs. Click here for more information. If you would like us to test your ID card with the reader, send us a sample ID card. If you want the sample card mailed back to you let us know and we will send it back after testing.

Ordering a Priority Support Plan

All paid AccuTrack 11 orders include one year of Platinum Plus for the first year. You may renew this plan any time before its expiration.

Ordering On-site Training

If you want on-site training, we will need a Purchase Order for the the training fee. After arranging for the PO please contact us to schedule a mutually convenient date for the training session.

Price Quotes

Contact us if you need a formal written quote for your requisition process. Please include details such as college name, the AccuTrack license you are interested in, support plan, ID reader, or any other info that will help us complete your request. Quotes are provided free and with no obligation.

Payment Method

We accept Purchase Orders from colleges and universities. We also accept credit cards and checks.

Purchase Orders

Simply send us a Purchase Order. To expedite the process, fax us a copy of the PO. We will bill you after shipping the software.

Credit cards


We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. If you use a credit card for payment, you will lose a 2.5% cash discount offered with POs and checks. The prices listed on this web site reflect the cash discount price. To order with a credit card, call us .
