(1) First Year Priority Support

Priority Support is offered via phone, email, and online support sessions under the AccuTrack Platinum Plus Support Plan. All new AccuTrack 11 orders ship with one year of Platinum Plus support included with their order. Users can renew their support after the first year by paying the Platinum Plus subscription fee.

(2) Support After the First Year

Three are several options available:

1. Users can renew their Platinum Plus support plan before its expiration. This is highly recommended because of the many benefits of the Platinum Plus plan.

2. Users can get theSilver or Gold support plan, which includes a certain number of Priority Support units valid for one year.

3. Users can pay for per incident support. Click here for more information.
