Sunset Announcement for AccuTrack WebLink

With the release of the AccuSL software, AccuTrack WebLink became obsolete. AS a result, we will no longer sell AccuTrack WebLink. Instead, we will offer the newer and more powerful AccuSL software.
Support to eligible users for AccuTrack WebLink will continue until July 31, 2012.
We recommend that all users of WebLink to upgrade to the AccuSL software as soon as possible. Users who upgrade before December 31, 2011 will receive a 20% discount. To receive your discount, simply mention this offer when you order.

AccuSL Version 1.0 Released

We are delighted to announce the release of AccuSL, a web-based interface for AccuTrack/AccuSQL appointment scheduling functions.
AccuSL will enable your students to do the following:
1. Easily schedule new appointments any time from any where via the web.
2. View scheduled appointments and cancel appointments if needed.
3. Sign up for seminars or workshops. View current seminar or workshop information and registration, and drop registrations as needed.
4. Open new accounts. If you allow it, new students can add themselves to the system online via AccuSL.
5. Tutors or Advisors can view and cancel their own upcoming appointments.
Version 1.0 of AccuSL is now ready for your use. If you would like to see it in action, contact us for a quick demo . If you to try it out, let us know and we will provide you with a complimentary limited-time trial copy . Note that you must have AccuTrack or AccuSQL version 11 to run AccuSL.

Computer Lab Plug-in Version 11 Released

The Computer Lab Plug-in is an add-on software for tracking usage of computer labs. This software works off the AccuTrack database and provides many benefits to computer lab administrators. Version 11 adds new features including the ability to 'buzz' the support desk staff, automatic status update for availability of computers in the lab, and more.
AccuTrack users with active Platinum Plus plans who have a license to the Computer Lab software qualify for a complimentary upgrade to version 11.

AccuSQL Version 11 Released

We are delighted to announce that version 11 of AccuSQL is now ready for download! All active Platinum Plus subscribers with an AccuSQL license qualify for a complimentary upgrade to this latest version of AccuSQL. In a few weeks, we will start shipping a copy of version 11 on a CD. This will be the same software currently offering via download. So if you would like to get it now, apply for the download. If you prefer the CD version, then wait a few weeks. We will make another announcement when version 11 CD is ready for shipping.

AccuLite Version 6 Released

AccuLites is a low-cost and basic version of AccuTrack designed to track student's visits. Use AccuLite to replace sign-in sheets and manual calculations. We just released version 6.0 of AccuLite. This new version offers many enhancements over version 5 including:
- The ability to create and maintain student groups. You may create as many groups as you like by simply selecting members of each group.
- The ability to filter any of the AccuLite reports on a selected group. This is handy for generating reports on specific groups of interest like ESL students, at-risk students, etc.
- The ability to import classes (activities). You can import the class by itself or both the class and its teacher (activity owner).
- Greatly enhanced graphical interface. This includes a new look accomplished by using a new background, new icon, and graphical buttons. Also includes a re-organization of the screens.
- And much more!

Sunset Announcement for AccuTrack 9

With the release of AccuTrack version 11, AccuTrack 9 reached its end of life, so we are discontinuing premium support for AccuTrack version 9 and older . Users of these versions should upgrade to AccuTrack 11 ASAP.
Support via the online Support Forum will still be offered to all AccuTrack version, including AccuTrack 9 users . However, this support is limited to answering questions on the forum . No updates or upgrades will be provided, and no manual work will be offered for older versions (e.g. opening database files to check issues, manual repair, database changes, etc.).
If you have AccuTrack 9 or older, we recommend that you upgrade to AccuTrack 11 ASAP
Version 2 of AccuTesting

We are pleased to announce the release of version 2 of AccuTesting, our testing center management software. Version 2 was based on the feedback of over a dozen testing centers that have used version 1 in the past year. Many new features and enhancements were added including scheduling of testing center seats, ability to track computer-based tests, ability to generate invoices for paid tests, ability to attach files to tests, ability to customize the order of columns and records on the screen, and more. AccuTrack Goes International!

 We are happy to see AccuTrack adopted not only in almost all the US states but also abroad. Recently we had orders from Canada, the United Kingdom, and also Puerto Rico. AccuTrack was the first commercial software of its kind specifically designed for academic centers and we are proud to see it used in academic centers around the world.
