I would like to be able to click or double-click on those little green boxes and have the Start time and Date automatically highlighted in the form at the top of the page. Namely the (6) Select Start Time: field and the Dates NOT Selected box. Thanks.

The Appointment Wizard was designed without the grid based selecting because students were getting confused by it.

If you want to create the appointment using that method, go to Expanded View (bottom right of AccuTrack admin) then select Appointments --> Set Appointment, or Set Appointment 2. Using these screens, you select the appointment info, then you drag the time for the appointment in the grid versus having to manually pick the start and end date. Appointments Central also has the same method, and also allows for some right click options for cancelling, moving, changing appointment type, repeating, etc.

Thank you. That did help. However, ... Is it possible to limit the grid to 30 minute intervals? Trying to hit the correct 5min block to start the appointment is rough on the old eyes.

Yes; you can do this via the Options screen - Appointments page - "Appointment start time increment" option. It seems like you have that set to 5 minutes currently. If you make it 30 then the grid will update to reflect that setting.
