AccuTR.exe is quiting!

After upgrading to AccuSQL 12.02, I have noticed that the AccuTR.exe program stops running.  It seems to occur after running one of our data import jobs.  Since AccuTR isn't running, no other scheduled imports or reports run until sombody notices and we manually restart AccuSQL.

 

Can we find out why this is happening and fix it?

You need to make sure that you have the latest version of AccuTR.exe.  The old versions will not be compatible.  If you attempted the update while the old accutr.exe was running, it might not have been updated.

 

Check the version of all accutr.exe files against the one on your installation CD (or from clean full installation folder).

 

Let us know what you find out.
