Well, I unmapped the data drive and used a backup copy of the data on my local PC. I ran Accutrack and did the check for updates and it offered to download 8.1.01. I said yes and it started downloading. It got to 50.38% and froze. I have plenty of Gigabytes available on my local drive, so I'm not sure what's going on. Any other ideas?
We don't have limitations on download file sizes--we do service pack downloads of more than 120 MB, and accutrack.exe (as is) is under 8 MB.
Thanks,
Vladimir

Still the same. And our network is just fine. I tried yesterday late evening and the download started and then it froze. Today I tried again; all the same: download got to about 14% and then froze. Quite frustrating, as you might imagine. Is the upgrade too big for email? Or, is there an ftp site I can download from (although don't know if it'd make a difference)?
Also, the download starts fast (gets to whatever percentage) before it freezes, but maybe that's just the nature of downloads.
TIA.

My people are getting very annoyed and frustrated and are bugging me about this. Any progress? I sent my data file to Mon since I didn't have your email handy Cetin.
Thanks for your work.

The tutee/tutor login PC is on Windows 2000 while the admin/scheduler is on XP.
An additional point of info:
After the error 230, the Open dialog box opens up, expecting the user to select a *.dbf file. Once canceled, another message box appears (with an OK button) saying:
Cannot access files.
File 'crsschedules.dbf' does not exist.

Repair didn't make a difference. Now the student admin, when editing the student logs (to put in those students who got kicked out), is getting an error 230: "Array dimensions are invalid." And, when you click ok to continue, it says "Cannot clear object in use" and AccuTrack quits.
