I know...this is an old outdated version of Accutrack.
That said, I can't enroll a student because it says their user ID already exists.
Looking at the student list the user name nor ID are present.
I have several students this is happening to. The import utility says they imported succesfully; but, they can't be found in the student roster.

Hi,
Try running the database "Clean" utility. This will remove deleted records permanently and should fix this issue.
