We just purchased AccuTesting and are trying to customize a couple of reports for our use. Is this possible?

We would like the Cover sheet to have more information like the date we received the test and the original deadline the instructor had for the test.

ALSO, when we are making appointments we would like to be able see all 22 of our stations, but currently we can only see the 10 regular stations. Without choosing a computer test, is there a way to know how many appointments we have on a given day.

Unfortunately users cannot change reports as this requires programming. You can request changes though, and we'd consider those when we work on future versions of the software.

I did not understand your second question. You should be able to scroll down and see all stations.

The question about appointments is that when we open up the appointments tab, it only shows the 10 stations that are regular stations rather than all 22 stations that we have. When we make appointments, we can see them all, but we can't see how many computer appointments are available unless we choose a computer test. Does that make more sense?

As for the form revisions we would like to see added to the Test Cover Sheet include being able to see who checked the test in and out as well as when the test was received in the Testing Center. THANKS!

If I understand you correctly, you are talking about the Appointments screen. The default seats this screen shows is the non-computer type. However, if you select any of the "Computer-based" tests, the screen will update and show you your computer-based seats. To make a test as "Computer-based", check the "Computer" box in the "Mark on" section of the test entry screen.
