We had an appt in the system and the tutor received the cancellation email but when i went to look in the system, the appt does not appear on the cancellation list.
is there any way to retrieve how this appt was cancelled since no one seems to claim he/she cancelled the appt.
It is an odd situation but we are trying to figure out what happened. Can you help?

So was the appointment canceled? In other words, if you generate an appointment report, do you still see the appointment as scheduled or is it now gone?
I don't think this exists in AccuTrack 9, but in version 10 there is an Appointment Cancellation report that you can check.
If the appointment existed at one time, then canceled and now does not appear in the Cancellation list, then the cancellation was probably "voided", which would remove it from the cancellation list (so it would not count against the student).
It might be also possible to trace this by opening the appointments table directly. This requires develper-level work which you can get if you have the Platinum Plus or similar support subscription.
