If you find that you cannot use the functionality of the AccuTrack 9 or 10 enhanced reports toolbar, it may be due to an unregistered Activex control extension file. This may be caused by installing AccuTrack 10 followed by uninstalling AccuTrack 9.

The enhanced toolbar lets you perform helpful tasks while in the AccuTrack report viewer, such as generating a PDF file on the fly and/or emailing it to one or more recipients.

Typically, when you run a report, you will see the enhanced toolbar (versus the toolbar displayed in the native report engine), however if there is a problem with the control, then the options available in the toolbar will not be active.

To manually register the MindsEyeReportEnginePro1.ocx file, perform the following steps:

If you used the default AccuTrack 10 installation path, the file will be located in
the C:\Program Files\Accu10 directory. If you used the default AccuTrack 9 installation path, the file will be located in the C:\Program Files\Accu9 directory.

To register the control, select Start / Run, then in the Run
window, type the following:

for AccuTrack 10 type:
regsvr32 C:\Progra~1\Accu10\MindsEyeReportEnginePro1.ocx

for AccuTrack 9 type:
regsvr32 C:\Progra~1\Accu10\MindsEyeReportEnginePro1.ocx

You should get a message confirming the control was successfully registered:

registering Activex controls at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/249873
