I am wondering if it is possible to access the Accutrack 8 database directly. I am wanting a report that AccuTrack does not produce. I would rather have Excel access the database directly then export from AccuTrack and then do something with it in Excel. That would cut out a few steps. Is that possible?
Thank you
Accessing AccuTrack database directly

Hello,
You can export the data of any AccuTrack report by clicking on "Export Data" in the Reports screen. "Excel" is one of the export options.
If the data you want is not part of any particular report, you can access the database directly. We use Microsoft Visual FoxPro (VFP) to develop AccuTrack, so this would be the recommended tool to access the database. You will need some knowledge of VFP to open the tables, run your own queries, and export the data to Excel.
AccuTrack 11 makes this easier as it has a built-in query generator that allows you to create your own data sets. You can send the data set to Excel or use it in your own customized reports.
