One other issue I'm facing here.

We may use AccuSQL slightly different than most.  Our students must make an appointment with a tutor before they can be seen.  We don't do Walk in's at all.

Appointments are made via AccuSL

Is there a way to set it up so that the assumption is the student makes the appointment unless the tutor records them as a no show?

Right now, unless the student signs in again on campus it assumes they were a no show.  I'd rather it assume they made the appointment they scheduled.

Hi Jeff,

Yes you are correct, they would be a no-show if they made the appt and then never signed in for it. What you could do is have the tutor sign them in when they show up and that would prevent the no-show.
