#7416 No-Show Error in AccuSL

That's right, David. We can successfully make an appointment for Arden White in AccuTrack but it shows the error in AccuSL. I am the administrator of the server running AccuSL so I can do whatever needs to be done. I thought that there may be a chance that upgrading versions could resolve the issue. I could be wrong but it's worth a shot.

We've looked at the No-Shows and the students that are having the issue online do not have any No-Shows in the system. That's the problem. Any other suggestion?

I still haven't heard anything back from you guys so unfortunately we are going to have to disable web access until this issue can be resolved.

 

We have platinum support so please let us know what can be done to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We have AccuSilver Version 1.0 and AccuTrack 12.0.4. Is there an updated version of AccuSL?




#7409 No-Show Error in AccuSL

We have a student who has tried to make appointments via the Weblink and it is telling her that she has exceeded her no-show limit. She is one of many students with this same error. We have looked in AccuTrack and have verified that this student, Arden White, does not have any no-shows whatsoever (see attached) yet she is still receiving this error.

 

AccuSL has worked previously and I've verified that all settings are appropriate and correct. I'm unsure what could be causing this confusion.

 

Help!!
