[JHU Academic Advising]

Greetings,

1) Often we have students who would like an appointment on Monday at 4, Wednesday at 2, and Friday at 4. While I know I can schedule three separate appointments, it would be far-out if we could make them at one appointment creation.

2) We often go thru a few false starts when we have tutors who don't appear in the list of tutors available to make appointments. We finally discovered it was because we don't have their schedules. It would be wicked cool if the tutor's names were to appear, but show ghosted so that we know that tutor would be available if only we had a schedule entered.
