I've got the Rollcaller device connected to my computer but I cannot Download or Configure the device. I get the following message

Error #2005
Error loading File - record #34 dailyTimer1 <or one of it's members> Parent: Error with grdTime - Height. Expression evaluated to an illegal value

If I click OK or Cancel, either the device disconnects or I get another error message about not finding a table, crsdevice i beleive.

Another Error I got was Error #13 Alias CRSDEVICE is not found followed by a dialog box to search for the file.

Any ideas about wherein the problem lies?? Thanks :)

I reset my font size on the Display Prop --> Settings---> Advanced and I don't get the Error #2005 but I'm still getting the CRSDEVICE not found error. :)

I spoke to soon. The error (#2005) still came up. I don't have any large fonts set.

AND I get the CRSDEVICE not found error as well

OK, Sorry again, I just reinstalled the software and things seem to be going ok. So beyond the Large font setting on the Appearance tab, users may need to check the Advanced button on the Settings tab.
