Hi,
At close of day Friday (2/3), one of the administrators to AccuTrack ran a repair. She received the following error message:
File access is denied. c:\...\accutrack\some numberers\repair_date\free_\roomreserv.dbf Or at least that's what I think it says. She sent me a screen shot and it's very blurry. She cancelled the repair, go t hung up and closed AccuTrack. She logged back in and ran a repair without a hitch.
My questions, what does the error message mean? She has the rights to run the repair and full admin rights to the software. Are there things we should be checking for before we run a repair? All users out of system? All workstations logged out of AcccuTrack? Anything of that nature?
We have a proposal in our FY13 budget to move to SQL. Unfortunately FY13 doesn't start until July 1. I don't know how soon after the budget is approved we can make the move. So we'll be going along on FoxPro until then.
Thanks,
laura

Laura,
She does not seem to have full access rights.
If repair is needed, try it again. For detailed information on how to run repair including what to do if you are unable to run it on the network, visit this page:
