Ever needed to paste text into AccuTrack fields (e.g. paste name of activity) or copy text from AccuTrack to other applictaion (e.g. copy session log entry to Word)? Even though AccuTrack 7 does not display a "Copy", "Cut", and "Paste" menu, it still supports these functions via the standard Windows shortcut keys:

Ctrl-C: Copy
Ctrl-V: Paste
Ctrl-X: Cut

For example, to copy text, first select the text using your mouse, and then hold down the "Ctrl" key down while you press the letter "C". This will copy the selected text to the Windows clipboard. To paste the text, click in the appropriate area and hold down the "Ctrl" key while you press the letter "V".
