AccuRC Password Not Working

We are running Accutrack v9.0.8 with AccuRC. Last spring the system worked fine, but now we are getting "Not a valid ID/Password" when we try to log into AccuRC. We can get into the Accutrack program with no problems. AccuRC is installed in the same folder as the Accutrack 9 software. We have tried reinstalling AccuRC but still have the same problem. What else can we do?

Do you currently have any documentation on how to upload the software to a server? Our IT people need this so we can move Accutrack to a server.

Just wondering why the RollCaller card swiper will not hold the date? Any time you turn it off you have to re-configure the swiper.

Any suggestions?

Student Not in database sign in

We are testing to see what happens when a student NOT in the database signs in. Because Student Academic Services could have prior students who are not enrolled for the semester come to for advising so they can return to school. When this student tries to sign in, they would get the New Student screen, they enter their information then it goes to the choose category screen and activity but there are no categories to choose from. How do we can the category to show up for someone using the New Student form?

Advisor Summary Report

When we try to run the Advisor Summary report we get the message "No Records during this period." This is not the case. During our testing we have logged in several students to see advisors and this report should show data.


We have tried doing a repair and it still won't run.
