We tried deleting the dbparam files but AccuRC still did not let us log in. In addition, now when we try to log into AccuTrack we get a header on the login window that says "AccuTrack Database is Missing" and when we try to log in we get the "Not a Valid ID..." message.
If we restore the dbparam files we can get back into AccuTrack ok, but still cannot get into AccuRC.
