Save button missing

On many screens there are 'Add', 'Edit', 'Delete' buttons but no 'Save' button. In fact there are 'Save' and 'Revert' buttons too but they're hidden.
Whenever you click 'Add' or 'Edit' and go into editmode 'Add', 'Delete','Edit' buttons hide and 'Revert', 'Save' buttons show up.
