I had our coordinator of our GED Center ask this morning if it was possible to setup an alert to email him when a student has logged into Accutrack for 40 hours as they need to do a test after a student has 40 Instructor hours. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Also we are using version 8 and if a newer version does have these capabilities I would like to know as I am trying to get them to upgrade this anyways..

Hello,
Unfotunately there is no 'alert at 40 hours' feature in AccuTrack 8.
The latest version of the software - AccuTrack 11, allows you to run custom queries and reports. It should be fairly easy to customize the standard Student Visits Summary report to make it only show students with attendance hours over 40. So all you'd need to do is generate this report to find out which students need testing.
