When attempting to log in through weblink, the following error is displayed:

%1 is not a valid Win32 application

I followed the instructions to complete the Setup Utility wizard and attempted to follow the instructions found in the pinned topic in this forum, but under DCOM Config the accuweb.accuwebserver package referenced is not present... I'm guessing this is at the root of the issue. Please advise, thanks!

You are right, that is the problem. It seems the WebLink software did not really install.

From our experience, in 90% of the times WebLink installs and works fine out of its installation CD. When it does not work, then it's almost always a permissions issue on the IIS server. To avoid this type of problem, make sure you log into the IIS Server with the highest possible system administration account and intall WebLink as an "administrator". Run the installation on the IIS computer and not remotely. Watch out for any warnings or error messages during the installation.

Let us know if this helps.

I uninstalled and re-installed, with a reboot in between... (both times having been logged in as the domain administrator) with the same result. No error messages were displayed at any time during the process. I don't see anything in the Windows event logs that appear relevant, either. Installation was from from the CD.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!
