Although the program assesment is a good tool for program outcomes it does address the pass/fail/withdrawal rates of students. Across the state of California tutoring centers are going to be required to show SLO's Student Learning Outcomes. Yuba College has always been ahead of the game because we produce success reports by subject area that include pass/fail/withdrawal percentages;however, it has become a difficult task with Accutrack. The program pulls A's and B's only. I would think it would be benefical to all colleges to know student outcomes. Here at Yuba we try to look at the impact that the hours of tutoring have on student outcomes. Please add this to the wish list!!

Have you seen the Grade distribution reports? These look look at students who got A, B, or C vs. students that got Ds or failed. You can view the data from different perspectives (e.g. by Gender) and also get to compare GPAs, percentages, and more.
The other report to check out is the "Assessment" report, which shows all the grades and tries to correlate them to the number of visits and time spent at the center. Make sure to check all 4 sheets in the Excel Workbook AccuTrack generates.
