Program Error message on activity sign-in attempt

One of our activities that has not been a problem in the past, as far as allowing staff to sign students in, is now giving a message:

 

"Program Error -- Microsoft SQL Server Native Client 10.0: Query timeout expired"

 

Any idea what could be causing the problem?

This means the software is not getting data from the SQL Server, which is your database engine.  I would start by:

 

1. Making sure you are using latest version of the Server Native Client

2. Making sure you are using latest maintenance update for your AccuSQL software.

3. Making sure your connection to the SQL Server is set up correctly.
