Hello,

 

I am having a problem with AccuSQL freezing when students attempt to look at the student pad reports.  Our student athletes are required to do a certain amount of "study" hours.  They have access to look at these hours via the "Student Pad" button, "Reports" button.  However, when they click the "Run Report" button, the report pops up in the background but if they click on the report to pull it to the foreground it freezes AccuSQL and essentially the computer.  Is there anything that can be done about this?  It only happens on the sign in computers.  I do not have this issue with my personal workstation.

Hi. Try this test: sign in to AccuSQL as an admin on the sign in computer and generate a report from the Reports screen. If you have trouble with it too, then it's a permissions issue or an installation issue with the report's control. If it works, then make sure you are running the latest maintainance release of the software. Let us know what you find.
