We have a student who has tried to make appointments via the Weblink and it is telling her that she has exceeded her no-show limit. She is one of many students with this same error. We have looked in AccuTrack and have verified that this student, Arden White, does not have any no-shows whatsoever (see attached) yet she is still receiving this error.
AccuSL has worked previously and I've verified that all settings are appropriate and correct. I'm unsure what could be causing this confusion.
