Over the past 2 or 3 weeks, changes we have made on one day seem to disappear over night. For example, we blocked off our spring break, okayed the orphaning of the all-semester appointments that occured for that week and everything looked good. The next day, all of the appointments for that week reappeared and we had to enter off-times for each advisor. The next day some of the appointments reappeared and we had to cancel each of those appointments individually. We have never had this problems before and we are experienced Accutrack users. We run a repair every morning and have the last available update from version 9.

Is anyone else out there having a problem lately?

This is strange. I have not heard of this problem before. However, since everything was working until recently and the software did not change (the last time version 9 was updated was in 2007), then something else must have changed in your enviornment. You might want to ask your IT deparment to see if they have done some work on server or installed new software on the client machines. Also monitor other data (e.g. attendance data) to make sure that the database is not being reverted to older versions (e.g. security software like Deep Freeze restoring old files).

Also consider upgrading your software (currently we are shipping version 11). Having the latest version will give you access to our support services and we would be able to conduct online assistance session to help you troubleshoot. This service is not available for version 9 since we no longer support it.
