I am importing students into AccuSQL using a csv file. Although I do not receive any errors on the import, students are not able to sign in via the web link using username and password. If I log into AccuSQL as admin, find the student, and click 'change password' and re-enter it, they can then log in.

The file I am importing is formatted like this:
studentid, firstname, lastname

I have also tried adding a password column, but that did not work either:
studentid, firstname, lastname, password

I have also tried importing both to the student information and student registration tables.

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong? I have had this problem from the beginning and have been manually resetting passwords.

GO to Setup Options, and on the Weblink tab, check your settings for allowing a forgotten password link. Do new students have to be activated by admin?

Also, you should be able to upload passwords into AccuTrack. They are CASE SENSITIVE so make sure they are typing whatever case you uploaded them in.
