We have been using Accudemia for a number of years and are interested in having student photos in the system. I need to provide our IT staff with very specific instructions on how to complete this process. The ADX import process is easy. I just need to understand how the CSV file is created from the data we already have. We utilize the One Card photo ID system. Any information on how similar processes have been successfully completed would be very helpful.

Thank you,

Hi Jason,

Importing the photos is pretty easy. You just need to create a CSV file and put all the photos in a directory.

You have to create the CSV file with a format like this:  ID, Photo_File_Name

That way you tell ADX what photo corresponds to which student. You don't need to get that information from Accudemia, instead you use the IDs of your students and set the file name that corresponds. For example, if your students' photos are in c:\StudentPhotos\ with the format (student-id).jpg, then your file would look like this:

ID, Photo_File_Name

123, 123.jpg

444, 444.jpg

555, 555.jpg

...

You have a full example here:

Let me know if you need more info.

Best, Diego
