In Topic: Importing Photos

Hi Jason,

Importing the photos is pretty easy. You just need to create a CSV file and put all the photos in a directory.

You have to create the CSV file with a format like this:  ID, Photo_File_Name

That way you tell ADX what photo corresponds to which student. You don't need to get that information from Accudemia, instead you use the IDs of your students and set the file name that corresponds. For example, if your students' photos are in c:\StudentPhotos\ with the format (student-id).jpg, then your file would look like this:

ID, Photo_File_Name

123, 123.jpg

444, 444.jpg

555, 555.jpg

...

You have a full example here:

Let me know if you need more info.

Best, Diego

In Topic: How to Sync Appointments to iPhone iCal?

Mary,

I've checked the options in your account and that's enabled. Those options are in the Control Panel, under Appointments:

Send confirmation by email Send an iCalendar with appointment information attached to the confirmation email

They are both checked.

You should already be receiving the confirmation emails with the option to add the event to the calendar.

Hi Mary,

The Accudemia appointment confirmations are sent with an iCal file attached. He should be able to add the event every time he receives an appointment confirmation (if enabled in your account).  It's not possible to sync the calendar all together.
