After opening AccuTrack, some users have experienced an issue where the program wants an installation CD to continue. The warning message states 'There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive [CD/DVD ROM DRIVE LETTER]:'

This is a known issue in Windows, and is related to starting the application while a CD (any CD) is in the drive, then ejecting that CD while AccuTrack is still open. This can cause a "false mapping" to the CD. Now the next time you open AccuTrack (and from then on), you will likely see the warning.

The good news is that there is a workaround for this issue. Please see the attached document for detailed instructions.
