Hi Mary,

Yes, first by adding this information as a Profile value in your Accudemia Student's Profile Questionnaire and then adding the information to the ADX import job would work.  You simple use the heading "@Profile(1,1)", "@Profile(1,2)", etc. which refer to the Page and Question on your Student Profile Questionnaire.  More information about this process is found here:

Accudemia Documentation - Setup Profile Questionnaire

I was unable to respond as this topic was closed so I had to edit the question you asked in order to respond.

Hi Nick,

I have another question regrading this topic; would it be possible for us to just change our Peoplesoft query so that the csv. file that we import into Accudemia has the student year info (freshman, soph, etc.) ? Can Accudemia map this info when we import the student/class/term combo file that we use? (We currently only import 1 csv file with all the student registration info.) Can we use this info to report upon undergrad vs. grad student usage of our Writing Studio?

Similarly, could we add the additional info "international student" into our poeplsoft query/csv. file so that we can run reports on international students' usage rate?

Thanks for your helpful feedback.

Best,

Mary

This is so helpful! Thank you so much Nick!

I will be sure to offer feedback for additional improvements after I have a chance to discuss this with my supervisor.

Thanks again!

Best,

Mary
