It appears to me that the zero visit report when filtered by activity produces EVERYONE coming to the center who has not been in that activity. Is there a way to filter for only those assigned that activity who have not visited?

Can you explain to me what you mean by 'those assigned to the activity'?

Students are registered to certain activities and those are the ones they can sign in and out of. The zero report when filtered by activity (for example reading 101) will show all students at the center whether they are assigned to reading 101 or not. This means students assigned to reading 102 will show up as zero attendance to reading 101. We just want to see who has not attended reading 101 who should be there.

I see. Thanks for the suggestion. We will add this to the AccuTrack "Wish List" which we use when creating new versions of the software.

Hi,
Just a follow-up message to let you know that we did add an option to filter the report by registered student to an activity. You will get this option when you select the report and click on "Show Report" button. Make sure to upgrade to the latest version (currently 8.1) to get this feature.
